How Can We Assist?

I've not paid a delivery charge, has my order gone through?

At Personal Touches We don't believe in charging for postage, is there anything worse then getting to the checkout and realising you have to pay more... just to have the item delivered?

Luckily for you, cover this and  can confirm your order has been received and ready to be processed. If you're still unsure about the status of your order, email Izzy on: izzy@personaltouchesltd.com

I've left it last minute and need my order ASAP - Help!

What is your return policy?

At Personal Touches i pride my business in offering the highest quality products and monogramming. As each of our items are personalised to your unique requirements, we are unable to accept any returns unless an item is faulty. All of our products are individually hand checked before leaving our store.
